Sales Experience
With a Professional Sales Minor from Susquehanna, I have taken courses that pushed me to grow and learn from the challenges sales can bring. I have also learned from my sales education that a lot of the skills used in sales can be used in everyday life. Sales is about tailoring the message to the prospective buyer and helping them to understand exactly why they need what we are selling. I have used these skills outside of the classroom, such as in professional work experiences, from selling a student why Susquehanna University is the perfect fit for them to selling our alumni members on donating to Susquehanna. Sales come in all shapes and sizes, but the skills can be used anywhere.
