Disney College Program
I completed my Disney College Program in merchandise at Hollywood Studios in May 2025. My nine months with The Walt Disney Company were an incredible experience that I will always remember.
During the program, I had the opportunity to help create memorable moments for guests while upholding Disney’s 5 Keys: Safety, Courtesy, Inclusion, Show, and Efficiency. These values guided my actions and contributed to my personal and professional growth.
One of the most meaningful parts of the experience was connecting with cast members and guests from around the world. Those conversations and friendships helped me become a better communicator and reinforced the importance of inclusivity and empathy in every setting.

Disney Program Degree
While on my Disney College Program, I had the opportunity to take an array of different classes through the Disney Programs learning experience, and a Daisy Degree is given after completing 4 classes in a series.
While the program requires completion of four classes, I went a step further and completed all six in the Career Readiness series: Professional Etiquette, Personal Branding, LinkedIn Skills, Networking, Resume Building, and Interview Skills.
Each class offered practical tools and strategies that helped me build confidence and prepare for real-world professional settings. The courses were engaging, relevant, and taught by experienced professionals. It was a great opportunity to learn directly from a Fortune 50 company and invest in my personal and professional growth.
